Neck and back of head doesn't have surfaces applied to it

I've picked this up after a long break, and when creating a set of textures for a 8.1 figure (I have not tried the others) and applying them,  the area around the neck and back of the head doesn't have anything applied to it.  It's been a while since I've used this so I can't remember for sure, but I don't seem to remember this issue before.  Is there something I'm doing wrong?  I've tried to attach a picture of what I'm talking about, not sure if anyone can see it.

Hi, you'll need to follow the instructions shown in FaceGen Artist after Genesis 8.1 export to apply your new color maps to each part of the body.

If in doubt, export again and you'll see the instructions displayed.

In this case the 'head' region doesn't have a map loaded.
