FaceGen Pro does not open

I purchased facegen pro through daz3d.com. It initially worked. Now when I ttry to launch yhe program it won't open. It gives no alert message and it appears on the task bar. When I move the mouse over it a preview appears but when I click on it nothing. As I am writing this I wondering if it is related to screen resolution. If any one has any information it would be greatly apreciated.  Thank you.

It sounds like the window is off screen.

Try the 'reset all' instructions here:
