FaceGen Customizer: Vertex count mismatch error when importing custom character head

Could you please point me to any video tutorials for FaceGen Customizer? I followed the documentation to import a character head, but I received an error message about inconsistent vertices, which prevents me from proceeding to the next step.

Hello, Customizer was deprecated many years ago and is no longer supported.

Alright, I was still fantasizing about importing the Metahuman mesh for use. To be honest, FaceGen is more useful than many current AI tools or plugins.
