I've played with this a few times and often when I create a face, doesn't happen all the time, but often enough to be annoying, the morph created for Genesis comes out with deformed eyes so that they are no longer perfect spheres.  Does anyone know why this happens and what can one do to avoid/fix the issue?

This happens because FaceGen works by warping space. There is currently no way to avoid it.

We are looking into how to address this problem in a future version.

In that case, I have a suggestion.

That is for the exporter to create eye morphs for Genesis that we can set to a value of -1, then adjust the eye width and height (dials already existing with Genesis) to fit them to our new face.
