Scrolling Facebox with Page Scroller

Hi
I am trying to use Facebox in our website www.examsmart.in, Pls, check how its working there. I need help for following topics:-
1. Facebox currently set at top and not scrolling with the page scroller, how can I make it scroller with the page.
2. Facebox is not overlaying on the flash banner in Chrome and IE, is it possible to overlay above Flash?
Looking forward to your suggestion soon.
