I have a form that works just fine, until I place it in a facebox. I
have tried both DIV and External.htm to load the form,and it does not
work in both IE and FF.

You need to use AJAX if you want to use a form.

It is not quite as simple to just drop in some code and be done with
it. It's not that hard but still takes some understanding. Here is
