I've noted a little bug with Firefox and Safari (OS X 10.5). You will
see some grey in the rounding corners. If you apply
#facebox table{
border-collapse: collapse;
background: transparent; /* add this */
}
It will go away,

It might also be that the rounded border images are PNGs. Anyone
having this issue in IE browsers ?
