Mogli version on rubygems.org is broken

Hi Mike,

I was using Facebooker2 and Mogli as gems, and it looks like Mogli
version 0.0.36 from rubygems.org is broken, specifically, it lacks
this fix (maybe it lacks some more code, but that was the problem for
me):

I am using the version from github for now, but it would be good if
the version on rubygems.org was synched with the code from the repo.
