NullPointerException at facebook4j.auth.OAuthAuthorization.getOAuthAppAccessToken

I am getting null pointer exception, while i am trying to generate the access token by using:
Facebook facebook = new FacebookFactory().getInstance();
facebook.setOAuthAppId("*", "*");
AccessToken accessTokenString;
accessTokenString = facebook.getOAuthAppAccessToken();
can please any one help in solving this issue.
