Job Description:  Vitria BusinessWare Tier 3 Support position, Tier III support may involve development as well in version 4x. Need at least one year of current experience using version 4x. , Mostly going to be working on version 4.X, but there will be some 3.X as well. There could be some after hours and on-call work, but not too much is anticipated. Good communication skills. Java background required.
