Hearing Final Arrangments

First, I would like to thank everyone for all your hard work in preparing for the RP Hearings. You are a wonderful group and enjoy working with you all.

 

With one day left before the hearings, just a few final reminders:

• Please bring information regarding your organization(flyer, newsletter, brocher etc.) to be included in the media kit.  
• As a co-sponsor bring your organizations banner to be displayed during hearing.  
• If anyone is available to help with set-up tomorrow, please let me know.

If I missed any details, please advise.
