Looking for a video editor to edit video for college website

Dear friends,

I am looking for a video editor in Delhi-NCR. I work with Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida and our website is  lloydlawcollege.in  which is a remake of John Hopkins University's website www.jhu.edu and to share the shock there is one more which is like John Hopkins and it is Symbiosis Law School, Pune. 

So I am writing to enquire on

1) an editor who may work wonders with the videos we have :-)

2) the President wants to buy a 'best camera available' so suggestions (he asked an IT fellow to go to amazon and order, I stopped the IT fella saying I have friends who are experts)
