Also, everything will kill you. EVERYTHING. Cutting grass, breaking leaves, cutting trees, harvesting a farm, mining coal/iron/gold/redstone/emeralds/lapis/diamonds, killing chickens/cows/sheep/pigs. NOTHING is safe.
Edenian Tower is a new limited-time event introduced in the update 3.3, which represents by a NORMAL and FATAL difficulty towers consisting on 200 battles each. Passing the battles rewards by Koins, Souls, Equipment, exclusive Tower Equipment, Gold and Diamond characters. The battles get progressively harder. When the NORMAL Tower is beaten, it rewards the player with a random Diamond character which has increased chance for Jade/MK11, Kitana/Circle of Shadow and Kitana/Ronin. When FATAL Tower beaten, it rewards player with one of Jade/Assassin, Jade/Day of the Dead, Kitana/Assassin, Kitana/Day of the Dead, Rain/MK11 character and one of Epic Equipment: 2 of them is the parts for Kitana's and Rain's Brutality sets. Plus you will get a random Diamond character for passing 100th battle in FATAL tower.
There are reports that children are forced to mine gold in the Sahel region of Burkina Faso. According to a report by the ILO containing the most recently available data, in the combined Sahel regions of Burkina Faso and Niger, up to 30-50 percent of the gold mine workforce is comprised of children; most are under the age of 15, and some work under conditions of forced labor. Some children from around the country are trafficked to mines in the country's Ioba, Oudalan, Passore, and Sissili provinces. These children work in small informal mines that are located in remote rural areas and mostly operate on a seasonal basis. In the beginning there might be the case that there is only a single platinum guild and eight gold guilds. In that case, the four of the gold guilds with the most League Points will get paired with the only platinum guild in a platinum level battleground. They will receive platinum level rewards for the season and they will have higher gains and fewer risks regarding the change in League Points depending on their placement. The other four gold guilds will be paired with the silver guild with the most League Points to play in a gold level battleground. The silver guild will gain the before mentioned bonuses.
The challenges are the second more efficient way to get souls. You get souls as rewards afters some battles on tower 4 and tower 5 on Normal and hard difficulties plus the rewards when you complete each tower. Completing all towers on all difficulties can get you over 400 souls.

One end crystal sits atop each obsidian pillar. There are usually eight to ten towers of different heights arranged in a circle around the empty exit portal. The crystals on the tallest towers may be difficult to see, but the healing beam they emit when the dragon is nearby reveals their locations. Try to destroy a crystal while it is healing the dragon because the dragon takes 10 damage if you do this.
