Olio with Faban error on tool setup

Hi
I am trying to run Olio workload through faban. There is not tools
specified while scheduling the run in faban.
But I am getting this error that "Failed to setup tools" on the agent
machine (which also has the olio workload, MYSQL, Memcached and
Apache.
Then there are some more errors also. But I want to fix this tool
failure first.

If you don't specify any tools, Faban defaults to the ones specified in config/<OS>/toolset.xml

If you don't want to run any tools, be sure to specify NONE in the tools field.
