I was wondering if anyone's attempted this yet, any guidelines, that
sort of thing. I read that this is in relation to NFPOs and wondered
if the First Nation is a NFPO, the shopping centre wouldn't be... the
casino wouldn't be either I believe... thoughts?

the shopping centre and the casino would be for profit - but controlled by the band - there is a summary in module 9 - consolidation or equity method...
