What are you using for the GP for inventory is it 30% the markup or
calculated GP of 23%?

I'm using 30%.

I've reworked it but I'm still not getting what others are. I think we have
to use 800000 for SAT RE, OB. Can you confirm?

Calculation 6-CRE OB

PAT RE, OB 2,400,000
SAT RE, OB 1,100,000
Add Realized profit OI Yr 2 27,000

Realized profit OI Yr 3 10,800

Less Unrealized profit CI Yr 3 -12,600

1,125,200
Pat Share 90% 1,012,680
Consolidated Retained Earnings Closing
3,412,680
NCI @10% 112,520

Thanks Renee

Is anyone happy with there question 2 answer - I am still wondering
about the cre and the selling percentage used

Intercompany profits
I was going to use

Before tax tax after tax
18,000 7200 10,800
21,000 8,400 12,600

For cre - I do not know what to use? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks - my only difference is cre (I keep thinking that the 1,100,000
- 800,000 * .90) should be a part of it?

I am not sure which to use - there does seem to be some confusion about the updates for this question.
