PCMCIA Network card prob.

Hi all,

I'm having problems getting my PCMCIA 3Com 3C589D-TP to work with OpenBSD
2.9 on a Dell Latitude XPi CD. I've checked out most of the resources on the
web, but I can't find anything in regards to solving this problem.
During boot the card is found as ep1 and seems to be ok, but when it comes
to getting an address from my DHCP server (also OpenBSD 2.9) it times out.
Also tried to specify an IP address, but then I can't reach anything on my
network.
If I use the command "ifconfig ep1 media 10baseT" it works fine, but if I
try: "ifconfig ep1 mediaopt half-duplex" I get this message "ifconfig:
SIOCSIFMEDIA: Device not configured". Same with "full-duplex".

Any suggestions and help would be most appreciated.
