Hello,

Please help me select a stable and
easy to use RADIUS server to run
on my OpenBSD box. SQL accounting
would be a plus. (I have installed
mySQL from ports collection already).

I have tried icradius-0.17 and even
though I managed to get it to compile
without error (by adding OpenBSD to
FreeBSD compile conditonals) it dumps
core on startup. I wonder if a ready
to use patch exists.

Thanks,
Nickolay

Try http://www.freeradius.org I use Cistron Radius which FreeRadius is based
on. I dont think Cistron will compile on Open but it's worth a try.

Cistron Radius 1.6.3 or 1.6.4 compiles, installs and works fine on OpenBSD

Cistron works on OpenBSD. I've used it.

I run XT-radius here for accouting purposes only, another system does the
authentication due to OTP requirements.
