Been quiet here on the BEP for some time now. Ah, the good old days...
Anyway, according to OLI's Derek Birkett (I'm assuming this was public),
"The entire video catalogue will be released on blue ray may next year
through one little indian uk" Maybe this will be my incentive to buy that
50 inch LCD I've been putting off. I should be really thrilled but I'm a bit
cautious. I'm really wondering if the original negatives weren't mastered
in high-def for the 2003 Volumen release, though likely the Medlla and
Volta videos were (with the exception of Innocence). Also, I don't think
any videographies have been released on Blu-ray before (Bjrk, always
the innovator). There are, on the other hand, many many concerts out
now and they look really great. So, I am super excited about Vessel,
Shepherds Bush, Cambridge, and especially Royal Opera House. Hope
you all are looking forward to this as much as I am.

AIFOL always,
SexyToad

Wow!
What a coincidence!
I was just thinking the other day that BEP has
been pretty silent for a while now and I thought
maybe I was the only one still subscribing..
I have also been wondering if the Videos and
concerts would be released on Blu-ray
Great news!!

Bless!
