[Honey] end of list

dear Honeychildren,

Sadly, I'm going to have to close the Honeychildren mailing-list down,
at least for the time being. I am today leaving my job with the University
of Birmingham, for a 'sabbatical' period of writing up my research interests,
and my access to university computers therefore ceases. Unfortunately I
haven't had time to organise a replacement mailing list server yet, although
I hope to work on this in the future, and the list will cease to exist on
Monday 2005-08-01.

I do apologise for the short notice, but traffic has been at a very low level
over the last few months and you will still have the official website and
forum. Also Eddi news crops up from time to time on the excellent Boo
Hewerdine list (see http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boo-hewerdine ).

The Honeychildren website, which had to move off university servers last
year, is NOT affected by the ending of the mailing-list. Indeed I will now
have time to update it at last!

Thank you for your contributions over the years and I hope to meet you
in cyberspace again soon (at least, when I've had a bit of a holiday).
