File-size limits on iBCS2 ?

Hello,
we have the following problem with the iBCS2 emulator and Informix 4.1: if a table grows
beyond 1GB and we try to insert a new row we get the error message:
-27: file to large
which is a message not from the SQL-database, but from the OS (in this case: the iBCS2
emulator).
The question is: does the iBCS2-emulator support files larger than 1GB? And if not, is
there a patch to support larger files?
Any help would be really appreciated!
