Dvorak keyboard

Has anyone seen the recent article in USA Today about the Dvorak
keyboard? It supposedly increases typing speed by about 16 times; this
is accomplished by putting the most-used keys on the home (second from
the bottom) row. I am looking for people who have used this keyboard
to find out if it is really as good as is advertised. Also, if anybody
is familiar with how to get the ROM chip that, when installed in a
keyboard, will alter the layout of the keyboard, I would appreciate
any information on it. Specifically, I am interested in such a chip for
the CONCEPT keyboard. And for those who are afraid that changing over
to another keyboard will totally mess them up, just read the article in
USA Today, and your fears will be gone.
