Error CVS in commit command

Good Morning,
I have this error
cvs [commit aborted]: error writing to lock file /cvsmount/cvsroot2/mutuiIpot_CVS/mutuiIpotEtc/bin/,mutuiIpot.ear,: File too large
when I try to commit a file larger than 2GB on a server AIX 5.3.7.0, using WinCVS 2.0 as client CVS on Windows . The server file system repository is defined JFS2.
I tried that directly on server is possible define file largest than 2 GB.

It's possible avoid this kind of error?

You probably need to upgrade the version of CVS on the server. CVS 1.11
does not support large files. CVS 1.12 does, provided autoconf can
figure out how to do it.

Note: WinCVS is NOT a client - it's a gui and it will use a cvs.exe
client on the PC, usually it will use CVSNT. There are different
mailing lists for CVS, WinCVS and CVSNT.
