Force to use a MX

I don't know very well the rfc822. Can I tell to mail server to use a
specific mail server returned from query DNS?
I explain better my request with example:
I have a domain test.com

test.com. 7200 IN MX 30 server1.test.com.
test.com. 7200 IN MX 20 server2.test.com.
test.com. 7200 IN MX 10 server3.test.com.

The server1 has antispam with bad configuration drop all my email
The server2 has good mail server
The server3 not work is down.

From my MUA I would like set a header for force my MTA to send my
email to the server2 and not server1 which has priority on server2.
I can't contact directly the server2 because the antispam check my
dynamic ip address and drop connection with Error Code 554, so I need
use MTA of my ISP, but the emails not arrive, so I think the problem
is the antispam on server1 which block also legal email sent from MTA
of my ISP.
