First thing ..... even when Outlook Express is configured for "plain text"
it tends to add all sorts of funny stuff.

Second thing ..... its not always practical for everyone to send mail to the
list from the likes of pine

Third thing ..... I purposely didn't mention either of the other CD copy
applications since neither comes with a clear menu item for burning ISO
images whereas the Adaptec application does. I do use Nero for some jobs,
but never been able to figure out the ISO bit.

Thanks for the response Jeremy

I've already tried & discarded CDRWin ...... couldn't locate any info on
setup for burning ISO images & emails to the company support department for
information failed to generate a response.

Adaptec stuff might be overpriced in comparison but at least getting it to
burn ISO images is straightforward & the company has an interest in
supporting its clients. (I had some questions re Win2000 compatibility ....
now spelled out clearly on the company website)

I have little time for any commercial operation (eg GoldenHawk) that expects
me to pay for something they are unwilling to support.
