Mario:

In response to your question about Berne University, they advertise
credentials, but none are from the agencies that matter. I investigated
them before entering a Ph.D. program in Education. It is my belief that
your degree would not be worth the paper it is printed on if your aim is to
have a degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States.

Currently, I am purusing my degree at the Graduate School of
America, which has the proper credentials. The website is
