Greetings
As part of our Masters of Distance Education program we are gathering
information about markets for independent course design. We would appreciate
it if you could take a few minutes to respond to the following questions.
1. Does your institution contract out the design of distance courses or use
courses designed by other institutions? If not, do you think it might in
the future?
2. If so, what do you pay per course designed?
3. Does your institution participate in partnerships for course design or
production?
4. How does your institution train faculty to design courses for DE or
effectively teach via distance? Do you contract out for these services, if
not, would you consider doing so?
5. Has your instituion purchased Distance Education courses from an
institution or private company, if so from whom?
6. What do you think is the most pressing need in terms of Distance
Education within your institution?

Please reply to fpro...@sd69.bc.ca

Thank you
