Instructor Development

As the 'new kid on the block' at this College, I have been asked to put on
a workshop for faculty involved in distance education (web-based) and open
learning.

Though I have facilitated workshop for 'traditional settings' I would
appreciate your help to 'find' potentially useful resources; preferably
on-line!
