I'm a graduate student doing a research project on CALL (computer-aided
language learning). My main research questions is, how are technologies
presently being used? Are they used to teach reading, verbal skills,
composition, or all of the above? If so, how is this being accomplished,
via methodology, software, etc.? Are these technologies being used in
similar or different ways in classroom versus distance learning
situations, i.e. are distance learning programs simply an attempt to
imitate the classroom situation, or is the pedagogy different?

I'd appreciate it if you could share your experiences with me. I'd also
appreciate any references to published sources -- online or paper --
about this subject. Thanks in advance!
