I'm thinking of taking a trip next spring to view Halley's comet.
I've heard that there are special cruises for this purpose, but they
are probably too expensive for me. What I had in mind instead was to
find someplace interesting to visit that would also get a good view.
Does anyone know what the optimal locations and dates are?
