I may be a little late in offering, but I live about 15-20 minutes from the hotel this is happening at. If you need any help setting up, or breaking down. Or just need someone to cart people around my paws or car are at your service.

They were doing it last year and im assuming so as well for this year. I think I saw someone mentioning it was going to be open Thursday evening.
