Simple enough he is sick and i would feel horrible going without him would there be away to receive a refund and still leave my donation? It would be really great if i didnt spend 300+ dollars on something i couldn't attend and not be able to get a refund, when time and unforeseen occurrences keep a panda and her fox from mingling. please get back to  me soon, thank you so much

I could do a pro-rated refund (50%). Unfortunately, given this is coming
last minute a week before the con, we spent most of the money on custom
items for the guests of honor. We have to pre-pay for the luncheon,
shirts and custom con badges. These are items the convention
unfortunately can not be reimbursed on since they're custom/special order.

It would have to wait until after the convention, however.
