My suggestion is to remove the entries from both TOC and the main text. My logic is that we do not have all the speeches any way.
I remember one local church friend and one friend from Johnstown also talked about Guowei in the ceremony. Certainly, we will not
Include what the priest said. In short, we are not doing a full collection of the ceremony. We are only collecting what the Tshinghua friends did.
In that sense, I suggest excluding Xiaoqing’s and Teacher Ling’s speeches because theirs are not in the perspective of Tsinghua friends.
Just my 2 cents. I raised this simply because we do not have the contents. I like to have a “complete” collection although it is not complete. By doing that, we all will have a closure of this matter.
Personally (again, it is my 2 cents), we may remove the songs from this collection if my above suggestion is accepted.

Dear Xiaoqing,
I understand that this is a special time for Jessica and you, as the first anniversary of Guowei’s passing away is nearing.
In the past few weeks, our classmates had intensive discussions on the memorial of Guowei. Finally, Yao Yiping coordinated an effort to put all the memorial materials-in-words into a special collection. A few photos are also included in the collection. Jiang Feng, Zhiang Chiuping, Qian Like, and many other classmates have made their contributions in the final version of the collection. The inserted photos were taken by Jiang Feng and Deng Zhongping.
On behalf of all of our Tsinghua classmates and friends, I am sending this email and the Guowei Memorial Collection by her Tsinghua classmates and friends.
