More Planning

Dear Friends and Families,

 

(This is primarily for people going to Mason. But others are more than welcome to give your thoughts and suggestions.)

 

The majority of F7ers will drive from Columbus, OH to Mason, OH on Saturday, 11/17/2012. We are planning on leaving Columbus at around 8:00 AM EST (CUT/GMT – 5 hours) in the morning, and should arrive at Mason before or around 10:00 AM EST.

 

A few more questions and details:

 

1. Shouyan, where are you going to stay? Do you need us to pick you up and drive you to the service?

 

2. Gang, Heng, and others who will be coming from Detroit, where are you going to stay? If you guys are all stay in the same hotel, then maybe we (people coming from Columbus) can meet you guys there before going to the service?

 

3. Do we need to get together somewhere before going to the service?

 

4. After the service, besides lunch, is there anything else we need to do or to take care of?

 

5. Dress code: I would think we should wear dark formal dresses. I myself will wear dark suit. Anyone has any other insights, thoughts, and suggestions?

 

Anything else anyone can think of?

We (Yuan Heng, Pan Ligong, Xu Zhiqiao and wife, Wang Xinchao, and I) will stay at Holiday Inn Cincinnati I-275 North, 3855 Hauck Road, Sharonville,  OH 45241(about 5 mailes to the church). You are welcome to join us and then go to the church together.
