Few issues (Alpha 2.1)...

I'm running release Alpha 2.1 and am experiencing following issues:
1. "skins" parameter is not honored. Having <param name="flashVars"
value=" skin=skins%2fmyskin.swf ... still loads default.swf file
inside of skin directory. Only way to get it to load my skin is to
replace default.swf with my skin file.
2. "skin" directory has to be in root folder otherwise it does not
work regardless what you enter in skin= parameter.
3. Fullscreen cannot be invoked (no fullscreen button is rendered)
although it has been enabled in parameters (the file I'm using for
playback is a plain ordinary .flv file).
4. Thumbnail is first displayed when play has been clicked, shouldn't
it be seen as soon as control is rendered instead like all other
players?
