F3-JsonAPI mini library

After writing a few RESTful servers using F3, I realised I could abstract most of the code into a reusable library. 

Since I haven't actually had to write a server recently,  the work is still in progress; but I feel it may already help someone. In any case, I will keep updating it as I need (or as I get requests).

I realise I wrote this as the time of the RESTful servers get to its end, being replaced by GraphQL and so, but the world is slow to move, so this may still have a few years of use in it.

Notes:

 * I keep saying "RESTful", but it's actually a JsonAPI library. I followed the specs in http://jsonapi.org/

 * There are no unit tests. I know they're quite essential, but I still have troubles with the concept. Actually, if anyone knows of a good tutorial, not about the concept itself, but about TDD, I'd be glad to know

 * Any comments are welcome.
