Forbidden error

Hi all, 

I've returned to F3 after spending some time learning Laravel and running into an issue where a route is returning a Forbidden error. 

Currently the site is only available locally to me, but the source code is here: https://github.com/PlayBoxTech/podcastcms

The / code works fine, but /admin returns the Forbidden error, not finding a reason as to why. 

Using Alma Linux, and PHP 8.4. 

Any help is much appreciated!
