Routes Not Working

Hi, my site routes are not working and i don't know why.actually i am using the CodeIgniter folder structcher and my index.php file is located in the puclic folder, i don't know if that can cause that problem.

$f3->config('../app/Config/Config.ini');
$f3->config('../app/Config/Routes.ini');

this is how i call my config an routes files in the index.php file
