Timezone - what to do to change it in template?

Hi,

what should I do to change timezone

In template I have:

<check if="{{ strtotime(date('Y-m-d H:i:s')) > strtotime(@t1.start_date) }}">

Not working probably because timezone is not correct.

I do not understand the doc:

Where I should insert and what code to make it works?
