| Farmer Wanted for the Central Island Region 
The Nanaimo-Ladysmith Public Schools District is excited to be launching a school farm at Woodlands Secondary and is looking for a farmer with shared values and interests to lead the farm’s food production. This is a unique opportunity where a farmer will work to co-create a farm with the school district including decisions on infrastructure development. A chosen farmer will be able to sell the produce grown to the school district and broader community and can involve students in seasonal farm activities.
