Good morning beautiful humans! 

The weather can't seem to make up it's mind, but I am happy that all of the skiers have been gifted a few more days for their recreational season. We had a busy week last week hosting the RiseUp! Youth retreat in Parksville, BC. We shared many laughs, learned from inspiring guest speakers, and had the chance to visit Earth Craft farm outside of Nanaimo.  

I have already started organizing all my seeds to start and will be grabbing a few more at the Seedy Saturday in Kamloops tomorrow - March 9th - from 10 - 2 at the Mt Paul Food Centre - 140 Laburnum St.
