- The team has decided to complete the adoption commitment at the 1.5 year mark
     - Since we started at the end of December 2012, our completion will be the end of May 2014
  - Carolyn Chen wants to keep in touch with Vronika
     - If you are interested in doing the same let Carolyn Chen know
  - James will reach out to Carolyne Krantz and Ella for logistical details on the completion process
Party/prayer for the Corbins at the end of May 2014
- Party/prayer will be in the form of a picnic with the Corbins
- Everyone is invited
  - Jared, can you set up a doodle poll for everyone on the team?

What should we do with the money in the team bank account?
- We have 5 options. Please reply to James (jame...@hotmail.com) and Ashok (ache...@hotmail.com) and give us your vote
       - Donate to catholic charities
       - Give it to Vronika
       - Open up two 529 accounts (college savings account) for Brielle and Braylen
       - Let the next F2F team have it
       - Take the money you donated back
Profile of the next F2F team
  - Four to six people
  - Currently 3 people are interested in joining the next F2F team
  - Start date of the next F2F team will be in Sep/Oct 2014

Suggestions for the next F2F team
  - Could use more guidance from Carolyne Krantz and Ella
  - Feedback from Ella concerning the Corbins was less constructive and more harmful
  - The next F2F team should make a unanimous decision before adopting a family
  - The next F2F team should stand its ground on the start date of the adoption
  - Conduct info session between alums of the current F2F team and people on the next F2F team
  - Fewer number of people on the next F2F team (maybe 6 people)
  - Create a mechanism to feel out people's level of commitment before joining the next F2F team
  - Create parameters to help people gracefully exit the next F2F team if they find out they are unable to meet the commitments
  - Keep meetings with the adopted family to once per month
  - Have a Christ Church elder be engaged with the next F2F team and pray for the team
Vronika got her tax refund
 - She is quite happy about it
     - We don’t know how much her tax refund is
  - She said she will pay us back (not sure when)
     - Bring up the issue of her debt at the next face-to-face meeting
     - Ask her about her other debts first
     - Making sure she can pay off her other debts first

Appreciation dinner debriefing
  - Carolyne Krantz is amazing
  - The lady speaker is the matriarch of a family that was adopted
     - She is aggressive and go getter, and she is an example  of a F2F success story
     - Vronika in contrast is quite a bit passive and not as go getter

Mealbaby
 - Ashok will update the mealbaby calendar to bi-weekly

  - March 17-21
  - March 31-April 4
  - April 14-18
