Ella and Carolyne Krantz came to our meeting last night. They said Vronika told them she is very grateful for everything we have done to help her in the past 12 months. They also told us Vronika is actively looking for a job. She hasn't told us about her job search because she does not want us to be disappointed if she does not get the jobs she has been interviewing for. These remarks were very encouraging. Particularly considering Carolyne Krantz's recent 2 emails did not come off as very friendly.
I know... I lack tact, and me claiming Carolyne Krantz's emails lacked tack seems wrong. However, other core team members who do not lack tact felt the same way about Carolyne Krantz's recent 2 emails. During our meeting last night (Mon., 04 Feb 2014), we were able to clear the air with Carolyne Krantz and Ella. This was very helpful, and everyone feels better.
Please pray for Vronika. She just had the 2nd round interview with the Solano County Public Health department. Yes, please PRAY PRAY PRAY!!! However, make sure you do not tell Vronika you are praying for her for this specific job because Vronika told Ella about her interview in confidence, and Ella told us only to encourage us.

Just to add on, the hush hush Solano county job might be the answer to our prayers. Ella happened to know someone in that office who could put in a good word for Vronika and this happened right after Vronika applied for this job. Basically Vronika applied, she and Ella had a meeting (which doesn't happen very often), and Ella hooked her up all in three same week. Providential timing I think. :) So keep praying!!!!
Also, our F2F meetings have a more relaxed format now till the end which means EVERYONE is invited to join! You don't have to know what happened last week, just show up and enjoy a devotional together. There will always be one core member present to move things along, but I highly recommend you all to consider coming to a meeting! Even if you haven't seen Vronika for the last 6 months, please take this opportunity to participate.
We will let the team know when we have meetings. Right now it's every other Wednesday around 8pm, and there's one next week.
