Hi team:

Here's the form that we'll need to present to local business when we solicit donations.

We'll need your help in visiting businesses.  Please let us know what you availability is to assist.  By emailing James, Jason, or me.

If no one is available to assist, that's totally okay: We'll all pitch in a few bucks and get a gift certificate.

I regret how late this form is being distributed.  Jason had requested this form in December.  I had followed up in late December and early January and then again.  Unfortunately we finally received the form today.  That's how things go sometimes.  I acknowledge that this is late in the game and I apologize that I didn't press harder.  I've also resolved to blame Obamacare for this.

Regards,
Ashok

Can you please send James and me the "Donation in kind" form for the year 2014?

Our team wants to visit local businesses in our area to solicit donations and we'd would like to present that form.

Thanks so much.

Peace,
Ashok

Oh, Ed!!  You didn't need Chevron, you've always had the "gift of gas"...WITHIN YOU!!  Waka waka wakaaaa.  Yeah, I've been sitting on that one for 12 hours or so.

But, for real zone, thanks much.

Let's have a quick update on where we stand with the gift basket since you're all tots into it.
  • Lauren "I package stuff for a living, guys" Christopher will artfully package the gift basket.
  • Eve "BC Bonbon" Robinson has kindly volunteered to make chocolate truffles.  We will market them as "imported" since she's Canadian.
  • Ed "Cabbage & Beans" Lai is bringing the gas.

Rock on!

Peace,
Ashok

And if our korean brother on the team maybe possibly throw in a $10 certificate to a local korean restaurant that serves grade A Korean BBQ?

Then we can call our basket the imported gifts basket.... Oh and speaking of which, hey Ed, can you make sure the gasoline from Chevron is imported from another country?

Thanks y'all,

James

You could call it "A Trip Around the World" and the gas would fit in!

I can help with going to various restaurants/ businesses.  Oh hey, maybe we could ask REI to donate as well.
