Howdy Partners,

Had a good chat with them ladies on the core team tonight. They didn't ask me to do this, but I reckon it's appropriate. Everyone, I know I have been hard on y'all. Y'all are right in feeling you've been man-handled unfairly... Trust me, I know... 'cause even I find it hard to put up with myself sometimes, too. So, yes, sir. My communication style is harsh. That's a fact. It's gotta change, and it's going to change. Also a fact.

A personal saying of mine is, "Talk is cheap. Action is expensive". It would just be way too easy for me to say sorry here on this email. I'd be cheapening all the love and affection y'all have invested in me. So, I offer this. Please reach out to me. Seriously, reach out to me. Help me better understand how I have hurt your feelings, and what I can do to reverse that. I will take the action to make amends. 'Cause after all, we are a community. The good Lord said the world will know we are His children by the way we love each other.
