Something to contemplate

Hi team,

We are nearing the end!  The official end date is June 1st.  There's been a lot of twists and turns the past 1.5 years, both good and bad.  I hope we all take time to reflect on this journey and what we have learned.  

If there are those of you still reading these e-mails who are no longer in F2F, I would just like to share that Vronika asked why she hasn't seen you guys around.  I then had to explain what happened and who dropped out.  She has noticed and has felt conflicted and confused about this issue.  She never mentioned this before, so we didn't know that our struggles have affected her as well.

I know we've already talked this over many times as team and I'm not trying to rub sand in an old wound.  But, for next time (if there is one) please consider the commitment that one and half years requires and really evaluate whether you can commit to the very end.  I know unexpected things happen and we're all busy people.  But I really do feel like this is a failure on our part.

That being said, there will be one final picnic to wrap up F2F.  Date is TBD, but if you can make it to say farewell that'd be great.
