1. Debriefing: Appreciation dinner
2. Upcoming: Magic show -- When?  Where?  Is there room for Vronika to invite a friend with kids, F2F teammates without kids come to bond with the family as well?  
3. Face-to-face meetings with Vronika - look at your calendar and let the Core team know if you are available on a Wed or Fri of any of the weeks below:

4. Mealbaby tips/sign-up: Based on y'alls' input, it seems smoothest to drop off the food at her home rather than meet elsewhere; also, she's flexible on date and time if you set up ahead of time with her.  Look at your calendar and pick a date and designate on Mealbaby what day you can provide a meal: March 27, April 10, April 24, May 8, May 22, June 5, June 19.
   
5. End-point of our time with Vronika - July 1, 2014 or extend to January 1, 2015?
1. Should she pay off her debt to F2F when we end?
2. What should we do with the rest of the F2F funds when we end?
3. Should we have a party and prayer time with the family at the end?
   
6. New round of F2F (not as a parish project) tentatively after this summer when people had time to rest.
1. If you were to do F2F again or help a new team, what suggestions would you give to Carolyn Krantz/Ella, and to the members/leaders of the new team?

5.    My vote is we should end our time with Vronika at the 1 yr, 6 mos mark. 

• We've put ourselves out there for Vronika and she's only willing to open up so far. I know patience is important in developing a relationship. Right now, I'm tired of the game we've played with Vronika. I don't think she's "used us for money" per se but there is an element of my own greed in this to be fair. 
• I just feel like Vronika has put herself out there for us in amazing ways but we're kinda running into a wall with her financial planning. The longer we stick around, the more likely Vronika will ask for money again and I strongly feel like we're enabling her poor decision making in certain ways. And we'll return to the same discussion about cutting off digital cable, internet, and smart phones. We've had that discussion about 3 times already.  

5.1   I think Vronika should commit to paying us back on schedule so that she can maintain her budget.

• What's more we don't know what surprises might come up. 
• At the end of our term (all of 3 months from now), we can revisit forgiving the debt or collecting it. 
• I'm okay with forgiving the debt either in 3 months or immediately (I prefer the former).
  

6.  I think we have a few parties to throw for the families. And we can give the rest of it to the next F2F team. 

Sounds great.  A summer off would be smart.
