Dear Members of the F2B Working Group

After submitting all of our proposals related to the above issues to
the F2 Subcommittee in September, the members of the S/C have
meanwhile voted on our request to forward the proposals, as a whole
and in the name of the F2 S/C, to CIAM. The result of the vote was 18
for, one abstention and two no votes.

As per today, I have submitted the related documents to the Technical
Secretary of CIAM for further processing and we may expect to find all
of our proposals being listed as F2 Subcommittee supported suggestions
in the Agenda of the March 2010 Plenary Meeting of CIAM.

Please check with your NAC for a copy of the Agenda and instruct your
national delegate to vote.

This, at least for the time until the Plenary Meeting, completes our
Group Work on the above items. It was, once more, a major project and
could not have been done without the significant efforts provided by
many of you.

Thank you for this, I do look forward for further work for our common
cause.
