Iso Hannula track editor for gp2

Hello guys- I am looking to see if anyone has the Iso Hannula track editor for gp2.  I remember reading somewhere that this editor puts the CC line in the correct place visually (unlike the Paul Hoad editor)  I found his geocities on wayback, but the files are not available.
