Bom sheet link is not working

Hi , 
I can not access the BOM spreadsheet 
It looks like they are not public anymore and we need specific permissions to access the sheets .

For me, it is showing the following error:

I tried to inspect the website element accessing directly the Google Sheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ykUyrZq-vLlMTf0TIcdMrRbGKcRWglW6ol76QyGst2I/, but without any success...
